招聘信息

一、Finance Field
􀁺 Prepare local and overseas payment documents
􀁺 Prepare cash balance report on daily, weekly and monthly base
􀁺 Fulfill monthly bank reconciliation form
􀁺 Check invoices and prepare vouchers for daily reimbursement,
make sure all the payment comply with company regulations.
􀁺 Input journal entries into Kingdee system after the approval
from finance manager.
􀁺 Cooperate with relevant [網(wǎng)址不可見] meet the requirements by
customs, SAFE,Tax bureau, and banks.
􀁺 Financial documents filing
􀁺 Other duties assigned by finance manager.
Admin Field
􀁺 Responsible for daily Admin / HR matters such as invitation
letter preparation, visitor arrangement and stationery supply.
􀁺 Contractor filing
􀁺 Other duties related to admin
Requirements：
􀁺 At least above 2 years related accounting work experience.
􀁺 Priority for Kingdee system experience.
􀁺 Good English skill in writing and speaking

二、采購主管 Purchasing Supervisor 1名
要求：28歲以上，機械類相關專業(yè)中專以上學歷，熟悉主要的機械加工材料，工藝和流程能夠讀懂機加工圖紙，有C類汽車駕駛執(zhí)照有較強的溝通能力，做事仔細認真。

工作內(nèi)容：1、生產(chǎn)與非生產(chǎn)材料的采購
          2、外包供應商的評估，選擇和工藝控制
          3、原料提貨和產(chǎn)品送貨
