QA manager

A WOFE of molded rubber and die-cut gasket is recruiting QA Manager.

Job description

1. Control the qualify of raw material, in-process production and finish part

2. Conduct and support to calibrate test equipment & device, such as rheometer, 2D Vision measuring, tensile strength tester etc.

3. Develop and implement control and inspection plans and propose quality improvement to management

4. Audit supplier plant and make evaluation report, as well as product inspection report

5. Maintain Quality system documentation in accordance to ISO 9001 or related

6. Support problem solving for quality issues

7. Make QA report and document as per ISO9001 orTS16949 related or customer request, such as APQP & PPAP

Education & qualification

1. Expertise in quality control & assurance, supplier plant audits, and supplier evaluation, preferably in the rubber product industry

2. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills

3. Strong communication skills in English, especially writing

4. Good analytical skills and process mind-set with an ability to solve into complex quality issues

5. Willing to travel frequently within <st1:country-region w:st="on">China</st1:country-region>

6. Minimum 3 years of experience working for a JV or WFOE

7. Familiar with molded rubber part and die cut parts of sponge rubber & plastic

8. Bachelor degree in chemical engineering or related
