In order to strengthen our team, we are looking to employ: 管理層助理 Management assistant 您的任務(wù)： Your tasks: ? 支持內(nèi)部項(xiàng)目、組織結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整及推進(jìn)執(zhí)行企業(yè)政策 Support with internal projects and organizational restructuring and expedite the implementation of company policies ? 促進(jìn)溝通并翻譯文件（中英） Communication facilitation and translation of documents (English - Chinese) ? 組織并籌備常規(guī)員工會(huì)議，做好會(huì)議記錄并跟進(jìn)執(zhí)行會(huì)議內(nèi)容 Organize and prepare regular staff meetings keeping minutes and following up with necessary actions ? 合規(guī)性：確保全員遵守所有相關(guān)法律、法規(guī)和公司政策 Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. ? 自覺(jué)主動(dòng)維護(hù)企業(yè)外部關(guān)系，滿足并提升外部滿意度 Actively and regularly maintain external relationships, to satisfy or improve the satisfactory level of the stakeholders. ? 客戶關(guān)系維護(hù)：保持以客戶為中心的方法并推動(dòng)舉措，以提高客戶滿意度和忠誠(chéng)度 Customer Relations: Maintain a customer-focused approach and drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. ? 根據(jù)主管制定的銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)，制定銷(xiāo)售策略并開(kāi)展落實(shí)行動(dòng)以達(dá)成目標(biāo) Based on the sales target given by the superior, develop and implement sales strategy and conduct the follow up actions to achieve the target ? 在展會(huì)、客戶培訓(xùn)和活動(dòng)中代表公司和展示產(chǎn)品 Represent company and our products at exhibitions, customer trainings and events ? 根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略制定并監(jiān)控選定的KPI（關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)），以便與總經(jīng)理進(jìn)行分析 Develop and monitor and selected KPI (key performance indicators) in line with the company strategy for analysis with the GM ? 報(bào)告：準(zhǔn)備并向管理層和其他利益相關(guān)者提交關(guān)于公司業(yè)績(jī)和進(jìn)展的定期報(bào)告 Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to Management and other stakeholders on the company's performance and progress ? 主管要求的一般行政工作 General administrative tasks as required by superior 您的要求： Your Qualifications: ? 一流地英語(yǔ)說(shuō)、寫(xiě)能力 Excellent English in speaking and writing ? 有機(jī)動(dòng)性（在中國(guó)的經(jīng)常性商務(wù)出差） Mobility (frequent business travel within China) ? 有汽車(chē)業(yè)的背景知識(shí)和濃厚興趣 Background knowledge and strong interest in the automotive industry ? 有銷(xiāo)售、采購(gòu)、進(jìn)出口經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮 Experience in the area of management systems and processes is preferred ? 金融和/或法律背景優(yōu)先 Background in finance and/ or law is a plus ? 有強(qiáng)烈客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)的獨(dú)立的工作能力 Ability to work independently with a strong awareness of customer service ? 團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神、靈活性和抗壓能力強(qiáng) Team player qualities, flexibility and ability to work under pressure ? 嫻熟的微軟office操作，尤其是Excel Profound knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel ? 有駕照（有信心在高速公路上駕駛） Driving license (confident to drive on the highway) 如果我們引起了您的興趣，請(qǐng)給我們您完整的申請(qǐng)表和簡(jiǎn)歷，包括期望的薪水和您最早能入職的時(shí)間。 如果對(duì)這個(gè)職位有任何問(wèn)題，請(qǐng)聯(lián)系我們的人事。 我們期待著與您見(jiàn)面。 In case we aroused your interest, please send us your complete application forms and cv including your salary expectations and your earliest date of entry.
