Your tasks: 你的任務(wù)： ?Vehicle suspension disassembly and assembly 車輛懸掛的拆卸和組裝 ?Coordination and support of test fitting of suspension components and prototypes 協(xié)調(diào)并且支持懸掛部件以及樣品的測試安裝 ?Management of standard product catalogues for the aftermarket and motorsports (Springs, Shock absorbers, Stabilizer bars, Wheel Spacer, etc.) 售后市場以及賽車運動的標準產(chǎn)品目錄的管理（彈簧、減震器、穩(wěn)定桿、車輪墊片等） ?Monitoring of current market and product related developments, active building of new product and application list; regular reporting to superiors 指導(dǎo)目前市場以及產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的開發(fā)，積極開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品以及產(chǎn)品列表；定期匯報 ?Collaboration and communication with customers` R&D and technicians, network building and maintenance 與客戶的研發(fā)技師配合溝通，開發(fā)并且維護關(guān)系網(wǎng) ?技術(shù)和商業(yè)的售后支持 After sales support, both technical and commercial ?在展會、客戶培訓(xùn)和活動中代表公司和展示產(chǎn)品 Represent company and our products at exhibitions, and customer training and events ?Assessment of training needs and analysis of potential for continuous improvement 評估培訓(xùn)需求并針對持續(xù)性進步進行分析 ?Bear responsibility for the work quality and on-time delivery of tasks 保證工作質(zhì)量并且及時達成任務(wù) ?主管要求的一般工作。 General tasks as required by superior Your Qualifications: 你的資質(zhì)： ? Good English in speaking and writing 有一定的英語說寫能力 ? Technical background, e.g. mechanical engineering; engineering degree is a plus 汽車專業(yè)技術(shù)背景，例如機械工程、工程學(xué)位更佳 ? 有拆裝車輛的實操經(jīng)驗 Hands-on experience in dismantling and reassembling vehicles ? 4S店或汽修店的工作經(jīng)驗 Experience working in a 4S shop or maintenance workshop ? 有強烈客戶服務(wù)意識的獨立的工作能力 Ability to work independently with a strong awareness of customer service ? 團隊合作精神、靈活性和抗壓能力強 Team player qualities, flexibility and ability to work under pressure ? 使用微軟office，尤其是Excel Knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel ? 有駕照（在高速公路上駕駛） Driving license (drive on the highway) ? 有機動性（在中國內(nèi)的商務(wù)出差） Mobility (business travel within China) ?
