MAIN AC C O UN TA BI LI TIES/主要職責 1. New project product evaluation, assembly equipment and assembly time evaluation 新項目產(chǎn)品評估，組裝設(shè)備、組裝工時評估； 2. Make the Packaging plan for m o u l ding parts , purchasing parts, finished-goods. 編寫包裝作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書用于注塑零件，采購零件及成品； 3. Set up the prototype assembly line. 建立原型產(chǎn)品的裝配線; 4. Assembly line layout planning and build up,and op t i m i s e the serial assembly line. 裝配線布局規(guī)劃和 建立并優(yōu)化量產(chǎn)裝配線； 5. Define the work instruction for prototype assembly and serial production. 確定原型裝配和量產(chǎn)裝配的作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書； 6. Fixture analysis and management. 工裝夾具的分析與管理； 7. Assembly process analysis and improvement. 裝配過程的分析與改善； 8. Create the daily check list and maintenance plan for assembly line. 建立裝配線日常點檢表和保養(yǎng)計劃； 9. Computer and software management for Shop floor. 車間里的電腦和軟件管理； 10. All label info management on products. 所有產(chǎn)品標簽信息管理； 11. Finishing other work required by the supervisor. 完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)臨時交辦的其它合理工作。 REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/崗位資格要求: 1. Education background and working experience: 教育背景與工作經(jīng)歷： - College’s degree or above; 大專或以上學(xué)歷 - Have at least 5 year the working background of mechanical or assembly . 有至少5年機械或裝配行業(yè)工作背景； 2. Skill/技能: - Know the bill of material of products and the methods of assembly,packaging. 熟悉產(chǎn)品的配料和裝配，包裝方法； - Certain sense and experience on Lean production and K a i zen. 有一定的精益生產(chǎn)和現(xiàn)場改善經(jīng)驗。 3. Responsible, action oriented, drive for results. Good interpersonal and team working skills; 有責任心，工作主動，具備團隊合作能力和精神； 4. Analytical thinking, ability of strong communication and negotiation skills; 具有良好的分析能力，良好的溝通能力和談判能力； 5. Good knowledge of written and spoken English; 具有良好的英語書寫和口語能力； 6. Good knowledge of Microsoft office; 能熟練應(yīng)用辦公軟件； 7. Mastery knowledge: Q S aim & policy; Company aim & philosophy; FPS process, administration working procedure. Basic knowledge of finance and business administration if necessary. 掌握知識：質(zhì)量方針目標；公司目標和綱領(lǐng)；行政工作流程；財務(wù)和行政管理基礎(chǔ)知識。 8. Quality System/質(zhì)量體系要求： Be familiar with 16949 and 14001. 熟悉 16949質(zhì)量管理體系及 14001環(huán)境管理體系。 9. Others: 其它: - Honesty, diligence, good responsibility; 誠實，勤奮，具有良好的責任心； - High spirit of team work. 具有較強的團隊合作精神。 |
