基本要求:02 Customer demand management: Timely obtain customers' rolling demand plans on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. For example, receive rolling plans from designated customers and accurately formulate a matching primary component supply plan for the company. Proactively connect with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for procurement, track demand changes in real time, and ensure zero delay in information transmission. 02 客戶需求管理:及時(shí)獲取客戶的周、月、年等滾動(dòng)需求計(jì)劃,如接收指定客戶的滾動(dòng)計(jì)劃,準(zhǔn)確制定公司匹配的一級(jí)零部件供貨計(jì)劃。主動(dòng)對(duì)接主機(jī)廠采購(gòu),實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤需求變動(dòng),確保信息傳遞零延遲。 02 Order delivery management: Maintain orders in the finished product flow table, confirm whe-ther inventory and plans meet demand, send shipping instructions in advance, handle abnor-mal communications during order preparation, track and confirm the latest order status and shipping delivery status, and ensure normal delivery of customer orders. 02 訂單交付管理:將訂單維護(hù)到成品流動(dòng)表中,確認(rèn)庫(kù)存及計(jì)劃是否滿足需求,提前發(fā)送出貨指示,處理訂單備貨中的異常聯(lián)絡(luò)。跟蹤確認(rèn)最新訂單情況和出貨交付情況,確??蛻粲唵握=桓?。 02 Inventory management: Monitor finished product inventory levels and the operation of workstation equipment, conduct random checks on work-in-process and finished product in-ventory data, and ensure the accuracy of inventory data in production plans. 02 庫(kù)存管理:監(jiān)控成品庫(kù)存水平和工位器具運(yùn)作情況,對(duì)在制品和成品盤點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行抽查,確保生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃中庫(kù)存數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性。 02 Exception handling and communication: Upon receiving exceptions from customer contacts, promptly disseminate the information to the relevant departments and address the exceptions. For situations such as significant changes in customer orders, gather potential reasons for pro-duction line downtime, propose measures, report them, and respond to customers after inter-nal discussion. 02 異常處理與溝通:接收到客戶聯(lián)絡(luò)的異常后,及時(shí)將信息展開至相關(guān)部門并處理異常。對(duì)于客戶訂單變動(dòng)大等情況,收集可能造成停線原因、措施上報(bào),并在內(nèi)部商討后回復(fù)客戶。 02 Track the inventory of the consignment warehouse, promptly reconcile with customers, and promptly negotiate adjustments in case of any quantity discrepancies. 02 跟蹤寄售庫(kù)進(jìn)銷存,及時(shí)和客戶對(duì)賬發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)量差異后及時(shí)協(xié)商調(diào)整。 02 Moreover the Employee can do other work, according to instructions much by their head. 如工作需要可執(zhí)行上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其它任務(wù)。 其他要求: - College degree or above, with a background in logistics and supply chain 大專學(xué)歷及以上,物流供應(yīng)鏈方面背景 - At least 2 years experience in customer service or logistic planning in manufacturing environ-ment 至少2年汽車零部件制造環(huán)境中的客戶服務(wù)或物流規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn) - Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills and highly customer oriented 良好的人際交往、溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力,高度以客戶為導(dǎo)向 - Basic Business English in verbal and written 具備商務(wù)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及書面基礎(chǔ)能力 - Those with a CPIM certificate and experience in interfacing with OEM customers are preferred 具備CPIM證書,對(duì)接主機(jī)廠客戶計(jì)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先 - Strong team player, pro-active, able to work under stressful environment and able to work inde-pendently 具有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,積極主動(dòng),能夠在壓力環(huán)境下工作,能夠獨(dú)立工作 - Be familiar with SAP system 熟悉SAP系統(tǒng) |
