工作描述: |
1.Support the sales of all product portfolios of Zapp in China; 支持薩普在中國的所有產品組合的銷售; 2.Partner with Sales/Account Managers in the daily sales work, assisting in creating sales contracts for regular customers, collecting market/industry information, reminding customers for payments and notifying them to pick up goods, tracking customer complaints, outsource processing, etc; 在日常銷售工作中與銷售/客戶經理合作, 協(xié)助制作老客戶的購銷合同、收集市場/行業(yè)信息、催款,通知客戶提貨,跟蹤客戶投訴,委外加工等; 3.Pursuing the whole sales process in SAP, from customer orders to tracking production and shipping progress, to delivery, invoicing, etc.; 在SAP中執(zhí)行整個銷售流程,從客戶訂單到跟進生產和發(fā)貨進度,直至交付,開具發(fā)票等; 4.Archive sales contract, customer’s purchase order and other official letter with customer, etc. 對銷售合同、客戶采購合同及其他和客戶往來公函等進行系統(tǒng)的建檔和保管。 5.Maintain up-to-date information in customer database; 維護和更新客戶數(shù)據(jù)庫中的信息; 6.Moreover the Employee have to do other work, according to instructions made by their chief. 如工作需要可執(zhí)行上級安排的其他任務。 |
