Bachelor+ in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field 機(jī)械、電氣、工業(yè)工程或供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷 5+ years strategic sourcing of machined, sheet-metal, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic components; able to read technical drawings and perform cost breakdown. preferably in an instrument/automation manufacturing environment 5 年以上機(jī)加工、鈑金、電氣、氣動(dòng)或液壓組件的戰(zhàn)略采購(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；能夠閱讀技術(shù)圖紙并進(jìn)行成本分解。在儀器/自動(dòng)化制造環(huán)境中工作的優(yōu)先。 Experience in international project teams or global sourcing initiatives is a plus 有國(guó)際項(xiàng)目或全球?qū)ぴ唇?jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先 Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. 談判、溝通與數(shù)據(jù)分析能力扎實(shí) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and procurement tools. 熟練操作Office、ERP（如SAP）及各類(lèi)采購(gòu)工具 Proficient in cost analysis. 擅長(zhǎng)拆解與分析成本結(jié)構(gòu) Proficient in Incoterms, customs policy, logistics and SCM (supply chain management). 通曉國(guó)際貿(mào)易術(shù)語(yǔ)、海關(guān)法規(guī)、物流及供應(yīng)鏈管理 Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and writing). 中英文口語(yǔ)與書(shū)面表達(dá)皆流暢 Willing to travel domestically and internationally for worksas required. 愿意按需求國(guó)內(nèi)外出差。 |
