Job Descriptions: Responsible for the entire outsourcing business of powder coating, lamination of Soundtex, application of soundtex ,plasterboard ,assembleing and final packaging as far as training and supervising of the personnel of the supplier, the powder coating line settings, delivery times, quality and process improvement is concerned. 負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)外加工粉末噴涂的過(guò)程，包括：貼吸音紙、貼石膏板，最終組裝及包裝、對(duì)供應(yīng)商的相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)、噴涂生產(chǎn)線設(shè)置、控制交貨期、品質(zhì)及加工方法的改進(jìn)。 A. Powder Coating / 噴涂 a) Powder Coating Process and new powder test / 粉末噴涂的加工過(guò)程及新粉末測(cè)試 b) Handling of our Products (Correct hanging up, careful handling, etc.) / 操作（正確的懸掛、操作仔細(xì)） c) Providing and using of the necessary reports / Checklists / etc. / 提交和使用必要的匯報(bào)/檢查單/等 d) Delivery Times / 交貨期 e) Quality in accordance to the Quality Assurance Agreement / 品質(zhì)必須符合品質(zhì)保證的要求 B. Lamination / 疊放 a) Lamination Process / 疊放程序 b) Handling of the lamination machine / 操作疊放機(jī)器 c) Maintenance of the lamination machine / 疊放機(jī)器維修 d) Improvement of the machinery’s way of working / 改進(jìn)設(shè)備的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方式 e) Handling of our Products (Correct and careful handling before and after the lamination process) / 處理成品（在疊放之前之后都要正確仔細(xì)的操作） f) Providing of the necessary reports / Checklists / etc. 提供必要的匯報(bào)/清單/等 g) Delivery Times / 交貨期 h) Quality in accordance to our checklists and Guidelines for Soundtex 按照吸音紙的清單和規(guī)定控制質(zhì)量 C: Packaging / 包裝 a) Sensitisation for the importance of correct and proper packaging 能理解正確包裝的重要性 b) Handling of our products during packaging process 包裝過(guò)程中正確操作 c) Packaging in accordance to our packaging guidelines 按照我們的包裝指導(dǎo)進(jìn)行操作 Qualifications Request: 1. Bachelor Degree or above, Major in Mechasiam or related.本科或以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械或相關(guān)專業(yè)； 2. At least 5 years relative working experience in Manufacuturing field. 至少5年以上相關(guān)行業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 3. Be Responsible.具有很強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心； 4. Good Communication and Inter-personal coordination skill.良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力； 5. Very good work management ability.很好的工作管理能力； 6. Good team leader. 善于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)； 7. Fluent English speaking, reading, writting and listening. 英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫流利； 8. Be familiar with MS office such as word, excel, PPT etc.熟練使用word，excel等辦公自動(dòng)化軟件。 |
