| 工作描述： |
1. Maintaining or repairing the machinery is to keep the personnel safety and the machine safety fea-tures. Take regular professional check to special machine and facility. 設(shè)備的維修保養(yǎng)并及時(shí)記錄存檔，避免出現(xiàn)機(jī)器故障及機(jī)床人員的操作事故。特殊機(jī)臺(tái)、設(shè)施定期的專業(yè)檢查。 2. Fixing small machinery deficits during the daily checks, like: tighten loosen screws, fixing oil/air leakages, replacing electrical small parts like lamps, fuses and cables. 跟進(jìn)并負(fù)責(zé)日常檢查中的細(xì)節(jié)部分，如：旋緊松動(dòng)的螺絲，防止油/氣的泄漏，更換燈泡，保險(xiǎn)絲及電纜等的部分電器； 3. Maintaining the machines weekly, monthly and yearly follow the maintaining timetable and the maintaining instructions of each machine, and keep the related record. 按照每臺(tái)機(jī)器的保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃表及說明書，負(fù)責(zé)每周、每月及每年的機(jī)器維護(hù)保養(yǎng)， 并保持相關(guān)的記錄； 4. Implement of required issues on operation system rules. 執(zhí)行作業(yè)系統(tǒng)規(guī)則所要求事項(xiàng)； 5. Inspect the usage and condition of the water and electricity equipment and facilities in company. Record consumption for water, electricity and gas on every month about each workshop and office. 公司水電設(shè)備、設(shè)施使用狀況及完好狀況之稽查；用量統(tǒng)計(jì)； 6. Examine firefighting equipment in workshop and the security risks inspection and prevention. Maintenance of safety equipment and air-conditioning. 車間消防設(shè)備之檢查安全隱患之稽查與防備；廠區(qū)安全系統(tǒng)以及中央空調(diào)的維護(hù)。 7. Other work assigned by supervisor. 主管分配的其他工作。 |
