工作描述: |
1. Identifying potential suppliers, placing inquiries in accordance to the required specifications, prepare a price comparison for the requesting department and negotiate prices, contract terms and delivery times. 開發(fā)潛在供應(yīng)商,跟據(jù)不同需求按排訂單,比價(jià),議價(jià),準(zhǔn)備合同條款,供貨時(shí)間。 2. Placing of Purchase Orders with the suppliers, inform the requesting department about estimated delivery date and monitor the delivery times. 向供應(yīng)商下訂單,通知請(qǐng)購(gòu)單位預(yù)計(jì)的供貨時(shí)間,并對(duì)供貨時(shí)間進(jìn)行追蹤。 3. Check amount with each supplier every month, receive and check invoices and advise payment. 每月月底與每個(gè)供應(yīng)商對(duì)賬。接收發(fā)票并確認(rèn),申請(qǐng)報(bào)帳。 4. Sourcing of new suppliers to increase the supplier network, to assure independence from one supplier and to achieve a reduction of material costs. 開發(fā)新供應(yīng)商以加大供應(yīng)商網(wǎng)絡(luò),減少對(duì)某個(gè)供應(yīng)商的依賴性及達(dá)到降低材料成本的目的。 5. Improve and maintain long-term suppliers with emphasis on quality, price and reliability through testing of samples and quality audits. 通過樣品測(cè)試與品質(zhì)稽查對(duì)品質(zhì)過關(guān),價(jià)格合理,值得信賴的供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行發(fā)展與維護(hù)工作。 6. Do the supplier assessment and cost analysis according to the actually conditions to assure get the good supplier and reasonable ,competitive price. 根據(jù)實(shí)際運(yùn)作情況,作供應(yīng)商評(píng)核以及采購(gòu)分析,確保優(yōu)質(zhì)的供應(yīng)商,以及合理且有竟?fàn)幜Φ膬r(jià)格。 7. Check for and attend supplier exhibitions and trade conferences to get information about new suppliers and the market. 觀注出席供應(yīng)商展會(huì)或展交會(huì),了解最新供應(yīng)商資詢及市場(chǎng)行情。 8. 1. University degree or above, major in engineering , mechanical or related. 大?;蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷,機(jī)械、工程或相關(guān)專業(yè); 2. Technical understanding in reading blueprints and discussing technical terms and specifications with suppliers. 能讀懂圖紙,可以與供應(yīng)商溝通技術(shù)問題等。 3. 2+ years working experience in purchasing and supplier selection and management. 2年以上相關(guān)采購(gòu)與供應(yīng)商開發(fā)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 4. Proactive, responsible, good work management skill and can work independently. 工作積極主動(dòng),有責(zé)任心,良好的工作管理技能,并能獨(dú)立工作。 5. Flexible to adapt to different project, requirements and environments. 靈活性,可以適應(yīng)不同的項(xiàng)目、要求和環(huán)境。 6. Good social and communication skills as well as negotiation experiences. 良好的社會(huì)溝通技巧和談判經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 7. A good team player. 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)。 8. Good at communication of both written and spoken English. 良好的英語溝通溝通能力。 9.
