In addition, Eibach services customers in more than 80 countries around the world through our regional partners (or distributors). 為了強(qiáng)化我們?cè)诮K太倉的團(tuán)隊(duì)，我們正在尋找： In order to strengthen our team in Taicang (Jiangsu), we are looking to employ: 技術(shù)銷售助理 Technical sales assistant 重點(diǎn)：汽車后市場(chǎng)商務(wù)拓展、產(chǎn)品管理以及售后服務(wù) Focus: Automotive aftermarket business development, product management and Aftersales service 你的任務(wù)： Your tasks: ? 協(xié)助研發(fā)部門研發(fā)項(xiàng)目的管理 Support R&D with management of development projects ? 協(xié)調(diào)并且支持懸掛部件以及樣品的測(cè)試安裝 Coordination and support of test fitting of suspension components and prototypes ? 協(xié)助研發(fā)部門指導(dǎo)目前的市場(chǎng)以及產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的開發(fā)，協(xié)助積極開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品、更新產(chǎn)品列表；定期向上級(jí)匯報(bào) Assist R&D with monitoring of current market and product related developments, support active building of new product and application list; regular reporting to superiors ? 售后市場(chǎng)以及賽車運(yùn)動(dòng)的產(chǎn)品目錄的管理 Management of product catalogues for the aftermarket and motorsports products ? 與客戶的研發(fā)技師配合溝通，開發(fā)并且維護(hù)關(guān)系網(wǎng) Collaboration and communication with customers’ R&D and technicians, network building and maintenance ? 技術(shù)和商業(yè)的售后支持 After sales support, both technical and commercial ? 在展會(huì)、客戶培訓(xùn)和活動(dòng)中代表公司和展示產(chǎn)品 Represent company and our products at exhibitions, customer training and events ? 評(píng)估業(yè)內(nèi)培訓(xùn)需求并針對(duì)持續(xù)性進(jìn)步進(jìn)行分析 Assessment of training needs in the market and analysis of potential for continuous improvement ? 潛在客戶市場(chǎng)分析及調(diào)研 Market analysis and research of potential customers ? 自覺主動(dòng)維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系，滿足并提升客戶滿意度 Actively maintain the customer relationship regularly, to satisfy or improve the satisfactory level of the customers ? 勝任和積極支持我們的國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際客戶 Competent and proactive support for our national and international customers ? 報(bào)價(jià)和訂單處理，跟進(jìn)交貨期和生產(chǎn)周期； Processing of quotations and orders; follow up on delivery dates and production lead times ? 保證工作質(zhì)量并且及時(shí)達(dá)成任務(wù) Bear responsibility for the work quality and on-time delivery of tasks ? Coordination of touchpoints between departments 部門之間互相配合 ? 開拓中國(guó)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行經(jīng)常性地出差 Regular business travel within China for business development ? 主管要求的一般行政工作。 General administrative tasks as required by superior(s) 你的資質(zhì)： Your Qualifications: ? 流利地英語說、寫能力 Excellent English in speaking and writing ?
