主要工作：Job Responsibilities1. Create vendor master data in SAPSAP供應(yīng)商主數(shù)據(jù)建立和維護(hù)2. Material invoice auditing in Xpert and AP booking through interface ZAK Xpert材料發(fā)票稽核，應(yīng)付ZAK 過(guò)賬3. Difference check between Xpert PO price and invoice valueXpert采購(gòu)價(jià)格與發(fā)票價(jià)格差異檢查4. AP balance checking ending of period, AK group reconciliation期末應(yīng)付余額核查及集團(tuán)對(duì)帳5. Payment run ,book and clearing應(yīng)付到期付款運(yùn)行,記賬與清賬6. AP invoice match with Custom records應(yīng)付發(fā)票匹配報(bào)關(guān)單；7. MRO expesnes postingMRO費(fèi)用入賬8. Personnel expesne reimbursement posting個(gè)人報(bào)銷入賬9. Department daily activities, paper working and doc. archive部門日常事務(wù)，文件工作和文件存檔Periodic report 定期報(bào)告1. Relevant 2+ years experiences on accounting. Knowledge and experience in MS-Office software, SAP3. Honesty, reliable and trustworthy, ability to work effectively under pressure4. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Fast learning and understanding
