主要工作：

Duty：
1. Develop and implement supervision and inspection plan and report quality measures to the Department of Management
2. Development of supplier quality management program, such as the qualification of new suppliers, conventional factory audit, product testing, continuous monitoring and evaluation
3. To maintain the operation and maintenance of the quality system in accordance with the ISO 9001 file
4. Involved in the process of audit and optimize the process
5. Quality problems, propose solutions
6. Development and implementation of the ISO 9001:2000 quality system certification and TS16949, such as APQP and PPAP
7. Testing production line and inspect from different aspect of the products in the final inspection.
8. Responsible for the raw materials into the plant inspection, some understanding of the quality of incoming ,quality defects can found, to ensure that they does not flow into the next process;
9. Responsible for molded products inspection by sampling, warehousing inspection, according to the inspection program, completion date of the first article inspection, inspection tasks;
10. Correct quality problems, has right to temporarily stop the on-site production and processing immediately report and notify the relevant personnel to their superiors.
11. Unqualified confirmation of the product, the initial treatment, issue substandard goods table and corrective and preventive measures, tracking and verification.
12. Nonconforming product and suspicious goods ready identification, isolation, record and deal effectively with the work, and effectively analyze and improve problem timely
13. timely reporting the quality problems timely;
14. Responsible for product shipment inspection and related shipping documents;
15. Support production to analyze the root cause for high scrap of orders and improvement actions
16. Participating all the progress of new parts development, and submit PPAP samples and reports to customer on time.
17. 5S management
職責(zé)：
1. 制定并實(shí)施監(jiān)督檢查計(jì)劃，向管理部報(bào)告質(zhì)量措施
2. 開發(fā)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理程序，如新供應(yīng)商的資格認(rèn)證，常規(guī)工廠審核，產(chǎn)品測(cè)試，持續(xù)監(jiān)控和評(píng)估
3. 根據(jù)ISO 9001文件保持質(zhì)量體系的運(yùn)行和維護(hù)
4. 參與流程審核并優(yōu)化流程
5. 質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，提出解決方案
6. 開發(fā)和實(shí)施ISO9001:2000質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證和TS16949，如APQP和PPAP
7. 在最終檢驗(yàn)中，對(duì)生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行測(cè)試，并從不同角度對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。
8. 負(fù)責(zé)原材料進(jìn)廠檢驗(yàn)，對(duì)來(lái)料質(zhì)量有所了解，能及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量缺陷，確保其不流入下道工序；
9. 負(fù)責(zé)模壓制品檢驗(yàn)所抽檢、入庫(kù)檢驗(yàn)，按檢驗(yàn)程序，完成首件檢驗(yàn)、日檢任務(wù)；
10. 糾正出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，有權(quán)暫時(shí)停止現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)并立即處理，向上級(jí)報(bào)告并通知有關(guān)人員。
11. 對(duì)確認(rèn)不合格的產(chǎn)品，進(jìn)行初步處理，出具不合格品表和糾正預(yù)防措施，進(jìn)行跟蹤驗(yàn)證。
12. 對(duì)不合格品和可疑物品做好標(biāo)識(shí)、隔離、記錄和有效處理工作，并及時(shí)有效地分析和改進(jìn)問(wèn)題
13. 及時(shí)匯報(bào)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題；
14. 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品出貨檢驗(yàn)及相關(guān)出貨單證；
15. 協(xié)助生產(chǎn)部門分析訂單報(bào)廢率高的根本原因并采取改進(jìn)措施
16. 參與新零件開發(fā)的全過(guò)程，及時(shí)向客戶提交PPAP樣品和報(bào)告。
17. 5S管理

學(xué)歷要求：本科及以上
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：3年及以上
外語(yǔ)能力：英語(yǔ) 精通
電腦水平：精通
其他要求：

1. Proficient in the rubber industry, quality control, supplier quality inspection, and to develop the ability of suppliers;
2. Strong communication skills and influence;
3. Strong level of communication in English;
4. Good analytical skills as well as more complex quality systems thinking ability;
5. Willing to travel frequently in the country;
6. At least 3 years’ experience working in the foreign venture;
7. Bachelor's degree, Develops quality standard guidelines, work instructions, control plans according to ISO 9001
