Job Description： Inspection for all process, PPAP development, ISO quality system, 5S management system, on-site quality improvement Qualifications (including education, work experience and skills)： 1. Bachelor's degree, Develops quality standard guidelines, work instructions, control plans according to ISO 9001 2. Good level of communication in English and communication skills 3. At least 2 years’ experience working in the foreign venture; 4. Proficient in the rubber industry, quality control, supplier quality inspection, and to develop the ability of suppliers. Training needs (including company rules and regulations, guidelines, goals, knowledge of safe production and post job skill requirements, etc.): 1. Company rules and regulations 2. Company policy 3. Safety production knowledge 4. Goal management and performance evaluation 5. Quality control practices in the production Duty： 1. New product review, to ensure that the product quality of the research and development process meets the requirements. Submit PPAP samples and reports to customer on time. 2. Promote on-site quality improvement and 5S improvement. 3. Develop product acceptance standards, train inspectors to master product, testing and inspection skills. 4. Handle customer complaints and hold quality improvement meetings. 5. Improve customer satisfaction. 6. Led the on-site QC meeting and promoted the on-site rapid response quality control. 7. To maintain the operation and maintenance of the quality system in accordance with the ISO 9001 file. 8. Support production to analyze the root cause for high scrap of orders and improvement actions. 9. Other affairs assigned by superiors. 職位描述： 全過(guò)程檢驗(yàn)，PPAP開(kāi)發(fā)，ISO質(zhì)量體系，5S管理體系，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)質(zhì)量改進(jìn) 資格條件（包括學(xué)歷、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技能）： 1. 學(xué)士學(xué)位，根據(jù)ISO 9001制定質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指南，作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)，控制計(jì)劃 2. 良好的英語(yǔ)溝通能力和溝通技巧 3. 至少2年外資企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或者與外企溝通的經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 4. 精通橡膠行業(yè)質(zhì)量控制，供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)，以及開(kāi)發(fā)供應(yīng)商的能力。 培訓(xùn)需求（包括公司規(guī)章制度、方針、目標(biāo)、安全生產(chǎn)知識(shí)和崗位技能要求等）： 1. 公司規(guī)章制度 2. 公司政策 3. 安全生產(chǎn)知識(shí) 4. 目標(biāo)管理與績(jī)效評(píng)估 5. 生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量控制實(shí)踐 職責(zé)： 1. 新產(chǎn)品評(píng)審，確保研發(fā)過(guò)程的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量符合要求。按時(shí)向客戶提交PPAP樣品和報(bào)告。 2. 推動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)質(zhì)量改善和5S改善。 3. 制定產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，培訓(xùn)檢驗(yàn)人員掌握產(chǎn)品、測(cè)試和檢驗(yàn)技能。 4. 處理客戶投訴，召開(kāi)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)會(huì)議。 5. 提高客戶滿意度。 6. 主持現(xiàn)場(chǎng)QC會(huì)議，推動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)快速反應(yīng)質(zhì)量控制。 7. 按照ISO9001文件保持質(zhì)量體系的運(yùn)行和維護(hù)。 8. 協(xié)助生產(chǎn)部門(mén)分析訂單報(bào)廢率高的根本原因并采取改進(jìn)措施。 9. 上級(jí)交辦的其他事務(wù)。 |
