| 工作描述： |
? Scope1: new product introduction (Machine localization of full competence): ? As main contact window, in collaboration with related German department on new machine localization from initiation to completion. ? Lead and assist cross functional operation team including engineering, procurement, assembly, commissioning, quality, etc. through whole project life according to planned schedule; gain agreement from upstream and downstream support areas (no matter internal or external) on dependent milestones as well ? Proactively develop local overall localization plan according to headquarter plan and customer order plan ? Optimize existing localization procedures or create new ones ? Responsible for effective and efficient communication of project status and periodically present the status to management ? Data analysis on localization level, localization rate and local share for each finished machine in customer order ? Localization related report creation ? Other tasks arranged by department ? Scope2: material localization: ? During scope1, simultaneously responsible for material level localization which including cost, lead time and quality ? After scope1, further material localization is needed, to improve localization rate and reduce cost and lead time as much as possible to achieve better competitiveness ? Cooperate with strategy purchasing, SQE, Engineering and other relevant departments on new supplier development ? Material level localization analysis and report creation including purchased parts and self-made parts ? Other tasks arranged by department |

Familiar with ERP tools such as SAP system ? PMP certification is a plus |
