| 工作描述： |
? Responsible for sourcing standard parts, assess supply market, identify potentials and risks, develop sourcing strategy and plans, to establish and optimize supply base for the responsible material categories. ? Initiate sourcing activities with domestic and international suppliers (supplier development, RFQ preparation, price analysis and negotiation, source determination, contract making, etc.) for all standard parts used in machines (pneumatics, motors, electrical parts, and other standard parts). ? Take leading or supporting role in sourcing projects. Execute localization, order fulfillment and cost reduction strategy and plans. ? Negotiate with suppliers’ domestic subsidiaries for best price, terms and conditions, quality and service. ? Ensures supplier performances are within commodity quality, delivery and cost objectives and drive continuous improvement ? Analyzes technical specifications, search / identify suitable suppliers for inquiries, analyze offers and determine supply sources in respect to cost, quality and delivery requirements. ? Coordinate with internal functional departments (domestic / oversea) and external suppliers on order / delivery / quality / technology issues. ? Maintain prices and other sourcing information in SAP, keep close monitor and update, take immediate sourcing actions when needed, ensure the data in system are available and up-to-date. ? Support Group Headquarter for China sourcing and purchasing. ? Other tasks assigned by supervisor. |

Good IT skills, familiar with MS Office |
