Responsibilities： 1＞Production schedule management Responsible for production scheduling, co-ordinate with other function, ensure the completion of production scheduling. 2＞Production capacity management Do rolling monthly or weekly capacity plan, balance workload, make sure capacity meet workload with high utilization. highlight capacity issues and propose suggestions to manager for decision. 3＞Material management Monitor material availability status according to plan, together with material planner and production cell leaders make missing parts list, and follow up missing part with supplier chain department, make missing part mitigation action plan, make sure production schedule smoothly execution. 4＞KPI collect and improve QUALIFICATIONS: ?Educational: Bachelor ?At least 3-5 years production planning and material planning experience in high mixed low volume and customized manufacturing company ?SAP PP/MM knowledge and practice ?Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing level ?Open minded and active in communication, accountable and can bear stress |
