Function Responsibilities 崗位職責(zé) 1)Provide technical direction to engineers and designers. 向工程師及設(shè)計(jì)師指導(dǎo)技術(shù)方向。 2)Oversee and support concept definition for new projects. 監(jiān)督、支持新項(xiàng)目，定義產(chǎn)品概念。 3)Identify opportunities to reduce cost from components and/or assemblies during development. 項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)期間，從零件或裝配中，尋找機(jī)會(huì)降低成本。 4)Interface with customers and suppliers. 作為客戶及供應(yīng)商的接口。 5)Oversee and perform preparation of DFMEA’s and DVP’s. 監(jiān)督，執(zhí)行設(shè)計(jì)失效模式及設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證計(jì)劃的準(zhǔn)備工作。 6)Prepare and maintain product stack-up and calculation summaries. 準(zhǔn)備、維護(hù)產(chǎn)品層疊和計(jì)算總結(jié)。 7)Coordinate with TE F3 for conceptual mock-ups, assemblies and packaging studies. 與TE F3溝通樣件的概念模型,裝配和包裝研究。 8)Maintain permanent contact with central engineering departments in BOS HQ to assure exchange of technical information. 保持與BOS總部工程中心長(zhǎng)期的聯(lián)系，保證交換技術(shù)信息。 9)Coordinate use of HQ resources to support development activities. 協(xié)調(diào)使用總部資源來(lái)支持項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)活動(dòng)。 10)Mentor, assist and coach the CAD / CATIA design team as a support resource for the design group. 支持CAD / CATIA設(shè)計(jì)組，提供指導(dǎo)，協(xié)助和培訓(xùn)。 11)Assist Design Supervisor in capacity planning for engineering / design resources. 在工程及設(shè)計(jì)資源的能力計(jì)劃方面，協(xié)助設(shè)計(jì)主管。 12)Any other works assigned by supervisors. 上級(jí)指定的其他任何工作。 |

1）Above Bachelor's degree with mechanical/Automotive Engineering/Industrial Engineering background 本科以上，機(jī)械，汽車工程，工業(yè)工程相關(guān)背景； 2）More than 3 years’ experience in design field, work experience in Automotive field is preferred. 汽車行業(yè)3年以上設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 3）Well knowledge of 3D and 2D Drawing , familiar with software such as Proge CAD, CATIA V4/V5, UG; 豐富的三維和二維圖紙的知識(shí)，精通Proge CAD, CATIA V4/V5, UG等設(shè)計(jì)軟件； 4）Excellent skill of write and speak in Japanese; 優(yōu)秀的日語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力； 5）Well know about Design & Develop documents and tools, for example: D-BOM. D-FMEA, DVP, GD&T,PDM, etc.; 熟悉相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)文件和工具：D-BOM, D-FMEA, DVP, GD&T, PDM等； 6）Be able to work under pressure; 有抗壓能力； 7）Positive working attitude; 工作積極主動(dòng)； 8）Well communication skill, Ensures ongoing, effective communications; 良好的溝通能力，并確保持續(xù)有效； 9）Skill of analysis and solve problems. 分析和解決問(wèn)題的能力。 |
