1)Process Planning and Optimization流程計劃和優(yōu)化 Guides and coordinates Advanced Manufacturing activities within development projects 指導(dǎo)并協(xié)調(diào)開發(fā)與運(yùn)營項目中的先期生產(chǎn)活動 Ensures, supports, and develops manufacturing capacities in plants, monitors and audits adaptation of manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant 確保、支持和發(fā)展工廠的生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)能, 控制并審查工廠內(nèi)對生產(chǎn)最佳實踐和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的適應(yīng)情況 2)Quality Insurance of the deliverables保證質(zhì)量與交付 Be in charge of the quality execution of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering tasks as defined on PLUS timeline 對投產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)時間表上安排的先期制造工程任務(wù)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理。 3)Assembly Time Definition裝配時間 Uses industrial engineering methods to determine the assembly time. 使用工業(yè)工程的模式定義裝配時間 4)Equipments 設(shè)備 Provides specifications for manufacturing equipment in line with BOS standards and recommendations for equipment procurement 根據(jù)BOS的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的規(guī)格，并提出針對設(shè)備采購的建議 Develops assembly aids and fixtures 開發(fā)裝配工具及工裝 Implements BOS in new processes 在新流程中實施BOS制造體系 5)Product Launch Completion產(chǎn)品投產(chǎn) Works with factory-Teams to complete product launches 與工廠團(tuán)隊共同完成產(chǎn)品投產(chǎn) 6)Process & Tools Improvement 流程&工具改進(jìn) Cooperates with Center of Excellence for further development of Advanced Manufacturing tools and processes ( R ) 與優(yōu)化中心合作，進(jìn)一步開發(fā)先期生產(chǎn)工具和流程 Improves the plant and process layout for new and existing products (AutoCAD) 對新產(chǎn)品和現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的工廠和流程進(jìn)行改善（AutoCAD） Participates and/or leads activities for manufacturing footprint analysis, continuous improvement of new and/or ongoing manufacturing process and lean manufacturing implementation 參與或領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與生產(chǎn)規(guī)模分析、對新的或現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)流程的持續(xù)改進(jìn)以及精益生產(chǎn)實施相關(guān)的活動 7)Continuous Improvement持續(xù)改進(jìn) Provides input to improve methods for optimizing work places 提供關(guān)于改進(jìn)優(yōu)化工作區(qū)域和流程的方法的建議 Improves Advanced Manufacturing Engineering competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes 通過推動持續(xù)改進(jìn)活動和鼓勵創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)、解決方案和流程，提高前期制造的競爭力和客戶滿意度 8)Any other works assigned by supervisors. 上級指定的其他任何工作 |
