工作地點(diǎn)：太倉市城廂鎮(zhèn)佳和路9號(hào) MAIN DUTIES - Operating the WMS System for goods in/out, coordinate the system operator and the warehouse keeper to control the operation process and make sure the turnover volume can reach the KPI requirements 系統(tǒng)出入庫操作，協(xié)調(diào)系統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)場倉庫人員的操作進(jìn)度并確保出入庫操作達(dá)到客戶的KPI要求 - Timely submitting receipts of goods and D/Os to customer according to the requirement and make sure timely submitting daily operating report and monthly billing statement. - 按照客戶要求及時(shí)向客戶提交相關(guān)報(bào)表，確保提交每日操作記錄和每月帳單 - Responsible for monthly cycle count, verify the discrepancy and issue cycle count report. Deal with customer complaint to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce the cost of service failure 負(fù)責(zé)月度盤點(diǎn)，核對(duì)差異，出據(jù)盤點(diǎn)報(bào)告。處理客戶投訴，確?？蛻魸M意度，降低貨損風(fēng)險(xiǎn) - Maintain main data of WMS system and Kinnsoft system, including customers` information and the data of all kinds of materials WMS系統(tǒng)和荊藝系統(tǒng)主數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)，包括客戶信息，物料主數(shù)據(jù)等 - Continually optimize the system bin location and the operation process 優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)儲(chǔ)位及操作流程 - Keep good communication and relationship with other department and customers, make sure daily operation running smoothly 保持與其它部門和客戶的良好溝通，維護(hù)良好的關(guān)系并確保日常操作的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn) - Keep good communication with the direct superior and provide improvement proposals 與直接上級(jí)主管保持良好溝通，并能提出合理化的改進(jìn)意見 - Team building, make sure the subordinators can work independently according to their JD 團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)，確保下屬按其JD完成工作 - Ensure all activities follow SOP, to guarantee all process risk-free and cost effective 確保所有作業(yè)活動(dòng)符合SOP，確保作業(yè)流程安全和成本受控 - Responsible for updating the training materials & SOPs and conduct the training to the team on regular basis, for example, safety use and maintenance of MHE as well as the warehouse operation process etc. 負(fù)責(zé)更新培訓(xùn)資料和SOP，并對(duì)作業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行定期培訓(xùn)。比如，安全使用和維護(hù)作業(yè)設(shè)備，及倉庫作業(yè)流程等 - Execute and implement methodology from up management. REQUIREMENT PROFILE EDUCATION & FURTHER DEVELOPMENT / TRAINING - Middle school graduated or above, in good health 初中或?qū)W歷，身體健康 TECHNICAL- & METHODS COMPETENCIES - Minimum 3 years working experience with warehouse management, at least 1 years at supervisor level 至少3年倉庫工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，其中至少1年主管經(jīng)驗(yàn) - Familiar with the warehouse process as well as 5s and lean management. 熟悉倉儲(chǔ)物流流程及各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，熟悉5s和精益管理 - Good computer skills able to use office software and WMS system 熟練使用電腦及辦公軟件，會(huì)使用WMS系統(tǒng) PERSONAL- & SOCIAL COMPETENCIES - Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill 良好的溝通能力和人際交往能力 - Good knowledge of cooperation and organizing skill, team work 良好的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，注重團(tuán)隊(duì)合作 |
