Job Summary and Key Objectives 職位概述及關(guān)鍵目標 1. 協(xié)助生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理執(zhí)行公司和車間的各項管理規(guī)定，以確保生產(chǎn)車間有效正常的運行。 Assist the production manager to implement the management regulations of the company and the workshop to ensure the effective and normal operation of the production workshop. 2. 與其他部門進行有效溝通并及時反饋。 Communicate effectively with other departments and provide timely feedback. Key Responsibilities 主要職責 ? 熟悉車間的日常管理流程和異常情況的處理流程。 Familiar with the daily management process of the workshop and the handling process of abnormal situations. ? 根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計劃，合理進行人員安排。 According to the production plan, reasonable personnel arrangement. ? 負責車間EHS（UA、UC的識別及改善）。 Responsible for workshop EHS（Identification and improvement UA&UC）. ? 負責直接人員技能培訓并主導(dǎo)考核資料的更新以及班組長能力建設(shè)。 Responsible for the skills training of direct personnel and lead the update of assessment materials and the capacity building of team leaders. ? 對生產(chǎn)指標負責（SQCD），梳理生產(chǎn)流程并推動改善。 Responsible for production indicators (SQCD), sorting out production processes and driving improvements. ? 生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場物料管理（消耗&盤點的管理）。 Material management at the production site (consumption & inventory management). ? 其他上級安排的項目/任務(wù)。 Other projects/tasks assigned by supervisor. Know-How 知識 ? 大專及以上學歷。 College degree or above. ? 至少3年及以上同崗位相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。 At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the same position. Skills技能 ? 擅長跨部門溝通及車間直接人員管理。 Good at cross-departmental communication and direct personnel management in the workshop. ? 精通現(xiàn)場5S，有LEAN、TPM經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。 Proficient in on-site 5S, LEAN, TPM experience is preferred. ? 良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析和匯報能力（office, power BI..）。 Good data analysis and reporting skills（office, power BI..） . ? 具有一定的英語讀寫基礎(chǔ)。 Have a certain foundation in reading and writing English. |
