出差頻繁 Job Summary and Key Objectives 職位概述及關(guān)鍵目標 作為業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)與產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用工程師，你需要負責公司戰(zhàn)略行業(yè)市場應(yīng)用需求發(fā)掘與新產(chǎn)品方案的開發(fā)，包括：市場潛力研究、新產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用挖掘和發(fā)現(xiàn)、客戶技術(shù)溝通等工作。 As a business development and product application engineer, you are responsible for identifying strategic industry market demands and developing new product solutions, including market potential research, application discovery, and customer technical communication. 產(chǎn)品管理：負責公司產(chǎn)品的項目管理，技術(shù)支持，銷售工具與產(chǎn)品體系建立。 Product Management: Oversee project management, provide technical support, and establish sales tools and product systems. 關(guān)鍵目標：結(jié)合公司戰(zhàn)略行業(yè)應(yīng)用維護與開發(fā)公司產(chǎn)品方案，并對相關(guān)產(chǎn)品線進行完整的生命周期管理。 Key Goals: Maintain and develop product solutions aligned with the company’s strategic industry applications while managing the full lifecycle of relevant product lines. Key Responsibilities 主要職責 1. 接受出差，能通過與客戶技術(shù)交流、回訪客戶等途徑，了解客戶需求、挖掘客戶痛點，給出解決方案，有較好的書面表達能力； Accept business trips, able to communicate technically with clients, follow up with clients to understand their needs, identify their pain points, provide solutions, and possess good written communication skills; 2. 市場需求分析：了解行業(yè)最新動態(tài)，能根據(jù)需求分析進行產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、改良和優(yōu)化，設(shè)計出更好、更高效的產(chǎn)品，確保滿足客戶的需求； Market Demand Analysis: Understanding the latest industry trends, being able to conduct product research and development, improvements, and optimizations based on demand analysis, designing better and more efficient products to ensure they meet customer needs; 3. 應(yīng)用與推廣：能調(diào)查國內(nèi)外同行設(shè)備，從多維度分析優(yōu)劣勢，為公司產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用開發(fā)與推廣提供依據(jù)； Application and Promotion: Able to investigate the devices of domestic and foreign peers, analyze strengths and weaknesses from multiple dimensions, and provide a basis for the application development and promotion of the company's products; 4. 技術(shù)支持：對輸入資料的完整性、技術(shù)可行性進行分析與評估反饋； Technical support: Analyze and evaluate the completeness and technical feasibility of the input data and provide feedback. 5. 銷售支持：與客戶保持良好溝通，能夠積極快速響應(yīng)客戶及銷售的需求，提供合理的解決方案，支持銷售達成訂單； Sales Support: Maintain good communication with customers, respond quickly and actively to the needs of customers and sales, provide reasonable solutions, and support sales in achieving orders. 6. 售后跟蹤：負責產(chǎn)品的售后跟蹤服務(wù)，需要明確客戶使用中出現(xiàn)的問題和困擾，及時反饋問題并提供解決方案； After-sales tracking: Responsible for after-sales tracking services for products, needs to clarify the issues and difficulties encountered by customers during use, promptly report problems and provide solutions. 7. 應(yīng)用文檔及培訓(xùn)材料的制作：負責產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用文檔、培訓(xùn)材料等的制作、整理和更新等工作，為用戶提供詳細的產(chǎn)品、工藝、設(shè)備和加工方案資料，同時通過培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)提高客戶的技術(shù)水平和使用效果； Production of application documentation and training materials: Responsible for the production, organization, and updating of application documentation, training materials, etc., for the product. Provide users with detailed information on products, processes, equipment, and processing solutions while improving customers' technical skills and usage effectiveness through training and guidance; 8. 其他上級安排的項目/任務(wù)。 Other projects/tasks arranged by superiors. Know-How 知識 - 熟悉空氣過濾和暖通空調(diào)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先，不斷學(xué)習(xí)提高自我水平 Familiarity with air filtration and HVAC systems preferred, continuous learning to improve oneself - 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,化學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè) Bachelor degree or above， major in a chemistry-related - 3-5年及以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗 3-5 years and above related working experience - 有技術(shù)服務(wù)配套的經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先 Experience in technical service support is preferred Skills技能 - 抗壓力，有效處理項目問題和危機處理 Resistant to pressure, effective in handling project issues and crisis management - 解決問題能力，主動擔當，邏輯分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)根源，提出解決方案 Problem solving skills, take initiative, analyze logically, identify root causes and propose solutions - 結(jié)果導(dǎo)向的良好溝通 Good result-oriented communication - 能適應(yīng)較頻繁出差 Able to adapt to more frequent business trips |
