Job Summary and Key Objectives 職位概述及關(guān)鍵目標(biāo) - Assist the management team on matters related to the department. 協(xié)助管理團(tuán)隊(duì)處理與部門相關(guān)的事務(wù)。 - Work closely with Costing team to support customer inquiries, on testing new product and processes. 與成本團(tuán)隊(duì)密切合作，以支持客戶在測(cè)試新產(chǎn)品和流程時(shí)的咨詢。 - Support Production team pertaining to the product and process development matters. 支持生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)與產(chǎn)品和過程開發(fā)相關(guān)的事務(wù)。 - To meet Camfil China manufacturing goals and objectives. 為了實(shí)現(xiàn)Camfil中國的制造目標(biāo)和任務(wù)。 - To ensure compliances to regulatory bodies requirement and internal procedures. 確保符合監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)的要求和內(nèi)部程序。 Key Responsibilities 主要職責(zé) 1. Process monitoring and analysis performance and recommend necessary actions to ensure full compliance. 對(duì)流程監(jiān)控和分析性能進(jìn)行評(píng)估，并建議必要的措施以確保全面合規(guī)。 2. Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction is achieved. 確保實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和客戶滿意度。 3. To proposed and to coordinate all process, product, material, machine, tool and other changes which will improve and develop the quality and the competitiveness of the company's product and efficiency and capabilities of its processes. 提出并協(xié)調(diào)所有過程、產(chǎn)品、材料、機(jī)器、工具和其他變更，以改善和提升公司產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力以及其流程的效率和能力。 4. To liaise with other key members of the team in coordinating proposal for changes to product and process packed and manufactured in the company. 與團(tuán)隊(duì)的其他關(guān)鍵成員聯(lián)絡(luò)，協(xié)調(diào)對(duì)公司產(chǎn)品和流程的提案變更。 5. To make proposal for cost reduction brought about by process and product changes. 提出因流程和產(chǎn)品變更而帶來的成本降低建議。 6. To work liaison with other department to ensure corrective and preventive action are taken with regards to it product and process. 與其他部門合作，確保對(duì)產(chǎn)品和流程采取糾正和預(yù)防措施。 7. To ensure all projects undertaken, coordinated, overseen or participated in by the department are efficiency and effectively completed within the specified deadlines with optimum resources expended. 確保部門承擔(dān)、協(xié)調(diào)、監(jiān)督或參與的所有項(xiàng)目都能在指定的截止日期內(nèi)高效、有效地完成，并且盡可能優(yōu)化資源的使用。 8. To ensure compliances to regulatory bodies’ requirement, internal procedures and any relevant legislation governing the project undertaken. 確保遵守監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)的要求、內(nèi)部程序以及任何與所開展項(xiàng)目有關(guān)的法律法規(guī)。 9. Maintain and Control "BOM" and article numbers for Raw material and finished goods. 維護(hù)和控制原材料和成品的“物料清單”（BOM）和條目編號(hào)。 10. Responsible for all activities related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy. 負(fù)責(zé)與質(zhì)量、健康、安全、環(huán)境和能源相關(guān)的所有活動(dòng)。 11. Carry out duties in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety Environment and Energy Policy, Procedure and SOP. 根據(jù)質(zhì)量、健康、安全、環(huán)境和能源政策、程序以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序履行職責(zé)。 12. Other projects/tasks assigned by supervisor. 其他上級(jí)安排的項(xiàng)目/任務(wù)。 Know-How 知識(shí) - Bachelor's degree or above major in a chemistry-related, with more than 3 years of relevant experience. 化學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)的學(xué)士學(xué)位或以上，且有超過3年的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 - Good written and spoken English. 良好的書面英語和口語能力。 - Good technical knowledge on required job skills. Experience in handling technical drawing software e.g. (AutoCAD/Solid works). 對(duì)所需職業(yè)技能有良好的技術(shù)知識(shí)。有處理技術(shù)繪圖軟件的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，例如（Auto CAD/Solid Works）。 Skills技能 - Proactive with strong academic ability. Strong ability to withstand pressure. 主動(dòng)性強(qiáng)，較強(qiáng)的學(xué)歷能力?？箟耗芰?qiáng)。 - Good verbal and written communications skills A team player. 良好的口頭和書面溝通能力，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。 - Proven track record on being self-starter and leader. 在自我啟動(dòng)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方面有著出色的業(yè)績記錄。 |
