| 工作描述： |
1)Handle quality issue occurred in customer site quickly, stop quality risk on customer site. Re-Check the on-site issues together with customer engineer, and take actions for releasing, rework and return, etc. 迅速處理客戶端發(fā)生的質(zhì)量問題，第一時(shí)間在客戶端遏制質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。對(duì)客戶端出現(xiàn)的不良進(jìn)行復(fù)判，與客戶溝通，采取放行、返工和退貨分析等措施。 2)As customer interface, transfer and share customer feedback and information to QM and plant；also transfer BOS information（after conformed by QM） to customer ,if customer required. 作為客戶端的接口之一，第一時(shí)間向質(zhì)量經(jīng)理及工廠傳遞客戶反饋和信息,如客戶有要求，將經(jīng)質(zhì)量經(jīng)理確認(rèn)的BOS信息反饋給客戶。 3)Collect product quality information, report the quality performance on customer site to QM and plant regularly 收集客戶端的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)信息，并定期向質(zhì)量經(jīng)理和工廠匯報(bào)質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)。 4)Assist and arrange any customer return products to plant，report the return product information to QM. CQE and Logistic department. 協(xié)助并安排客戶退件的相關(guān)工作，并將相關(guān)信息反饋給質(zhì)量經(jīng)理、CQE、物流人員。 5)Assist the 3rd sorting company ( if customer require) to sorting products in customer site and warehouse, report the sorting status to QM and plant 協(xié)助第三方公司在客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)或者庫存進(jìn)行挑選工作，并將相關(guān)信息和狀況反饋給質(zhì)量經(jīng)理和工廠。 6)Maintain customer relationship, ensure a smooth communication load with customer 維護(hù)好客戶關(guān)系，保證溝通渠道順暢無礙。 7)Assist CQE to arrange any quality issue on customer site，if necessary ,complete 8D report together with Q-team. 協(xié)助CQE處理客戶端的任何質(zhì)量問題,如需，和團(tuán)隊(duì)一起完成8D報(bào)告。 8)If necessary ,assist other department to help handle issue in customer site 如有需求，協(xié)助其他部門處理客戶端發(fā)生的相關(guān)事項(xiàng)。 9)Any other works assigned by supervisors. 主管指定的其他任何工作。 |

1)Bachelor degree or above, major or experience in mechanical field. 大學(xué)以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)。 2)More than three years related working experience in automotive parts assembly enterprise. 3年以上汽車零部件裝配企業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)， 3)JAC & Huawei Auto project experience preferable. 有江淮、華為汽車項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。 4)Open minded and creative, can work under high pressure. 有創(chuàng)新精神，能承受壓力工作。 5)Obey all customer requirements when work in customer site, not allow to go against BOS and customer behavior requirements. 遵守BOS 和客戶的相關(guān)要求，注意言行舉止，維護(hù)BOS的形象。 |
