| 工作描述： |
1)Issue purchase orders based on the requirements in the MRP system to ensure that suppliers deliver goods in the quantity and time specified in the purchase orders. 根據(jù)MRP系統(tǒng)中的需求下達(dá)采購(gòu)訂單，確保供應(yīng)商按照采購(gòu)訂單要求的數(shù)量和時(shí)間交貨。 2)According to the different payment terms of the suppliers, arrange the payment of the goods in a timely manner. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure the timely issuance of the letter of credit and the payment of the goods. 根據(jù)供應(yīng)商不同的付款條件，及時(shí)安排貨款的支付。 協(xié)調(diào)財(cái)務(wù)部門(mén)，確保信用證的及時(shí)開(kāi)具和支付貨款 3)According to the different payment terms of the suppliers, arrange the payment of the goods in a timely manner. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure the timely issuance of the letter of credit and the payment of the goods. 定期回顧物料安全庫(kù)存的數(shù)量， 控制庫(kù)存水平。 4)Regularly review the quantity of material safety stock and control the inventory level. 協(xié)調(diào)處理因供應(yīng)商問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的投訴，監(jiān)督供應(yīng)商及時(shí)整改。 5)Evaluate the performance of suppliers. 評(píng)估供應(yīng)商表現(xiàn)。 6)Complete other assignments as delegated by leadership. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)委派的其他事宜。 Qualifications職位要求: 1)Education:Full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in supply chain management,Operations Management, business administration, international trade or related fields is preferred. 教育背景：全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷，供應(yīng)鏈管理、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理、工商管理、國(guó)際貿(mào)易等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。 2)Professional Skills Required 專(zhuān)業(yè)技能要求： · 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning or production planning (preferably in food or FMCG). 3年以上供應(yīng)鏈計(jì)劃或生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn)（食品或快消品優(yōu)先）。 · Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). 熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)（SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics）。 · Advanced Excel skills; experience with forecasting/planning tools a plus. 高級(jí)Excel技能；有預(yù)測(cè)/計(jì)劃工具經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 · Have working experience in multinational enterprises or leading manufacturing companies. 有跨國(guó)企業(yè)或制造業(yè)頭部企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 · Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety standards is an advantage. 熟悉GMP， HACCP或食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)者優(yōu)先 · Fluency in English 英語(yǔ)流利 3）Quality requirements： 素質(zhì)要求： · Clear in logic, with data sensitivity and systematic thinking, capable of independently solving complex problems. 邏輯清晰，具備數(shù)據(jù)敏感性和系統(tǒng)性思維，能獨(dú)立解決復(fù)雜問(wèn)題。 · Strong ability to withstand pressure, adaptable to a fast-paced working environment, and possessing a sense of cross-departmental collaboration. 抗壓能力強(qiáng)，適應(yīng)快節(jié)奏工作環(huán)境，具備跨部門(mén)協(xié)作意識(shí)。 · Clear career development intentions, willing to accept job rotation or undertake additional challenging tasks. 明確的職業(yè)發(fā)展意愿，愿意接受輪崗或承擔(dān)額外挑戰(zhàn)性任務(wù)。 |
