| 工作描述： |
主要職責(zé)： 1、Support product engineer for validation quotation during RFQ phase 協(xié)助產(chǎn)品工程師對實驗驗證在報價階段的報價工作 2、During validation process, continuous to optimize the validation cost 在測試過程中，持續(xù)優(yōu)化過程中發(fā)生的測試成本 3、Support product engineer and create validation relevant documents, incl. but not limited to validation plan, validation schedule, test report, etc. 協(xié)助產(chǎn)品工程師創(chuàng)建及完成實驗相關(guān)文件，包括但不限于實驗大綱，實驗計劃，實驗報告等 4、Problem solving thinking, be able to find a proper way for possible test method according to validation spec.; Evaluate test result & submit possible improvement solution 解決問題導(dǎo)向思維，并能通過合理的方法根據(jù)客戶要求搭建實驗方法；對于實驗結(jié)果能夠合理分析，并提出潛在改善方案 5、As a window person to customer lab. and external lab. About validation topic 針對實驗驗證議題，作為窗口面對客戶實驗室及外部實驗室 6、As owner of test benches, manage test resources internal & external 作為實驗臺架責(zé)任人，管理實驗室內(nèi)部及外部資源 7、As per purchase procedure, use relative system to buy service and material 根據(jù)采購流程，用相關(guān)的系統(tǒng)購買外包服務(wù)及耗材 8、As per test schedule, design and purchase test jigs, especially vibration fixture 根據(jù)測試計劃的需要，設(shè)計及采購測試工裝，尤其是振動工裝 9、As per customer requirement, buy test bench and broaden test capacity 根據(jù)客戶需求，購買設(shè)備和拓展實驗室能力 10、Create test bench maintenance plan and calibration plan 制定實驗室設(shè)備維護(hù)保養(yǎng)計劃及設(shè)備校準(zhǔn)計劃 11、Support and building test benches according to requirement 根據(jù)實驗要求協(xié)助搭建實驗臺架 12、Join in the failure analysis when issue happens 當(dāng)問題出現(xiàn)時，參與失效分析 13、Support the customer audit for the certification of performing test 通過客戶認(rèn)證并能完成相關(guān)測試 14、Train the colleges in lab. 培訓(xùn)實驗室的其他成員 15、Other defined tasks according to actual situation 其他根據(jù)實際情況所指定的工作任務(wù) 任職要求： 1、Wide experiences of validation within automotive industry, especially plastic product (or system) under engine hood & thermal dynamic plastic part 擁有廣泛的汽車行業(yè)實驗驗證經(jīng)驗，特別是涉及發(fā)動機(jī)引擎蓋下及熱動態(tài)相關(guān)的塑料件產(chǎn)品（或系統(tǒng)） 2、Good communication skill with cross function & external 擁有良好的跨部門及對外的溝通技巧 3、Knowing laboratory approval process of OEMs and region 了解OEMs及地區(qū)（或國家）實驗室批準(zhǔn)流程 4、Good English capability both in oral & written (at least CET6 or B2.1) 擁有良好的英語口語及書寫能力（至少CET6或B2.1） 5、Be active, flexible & innovative thinking 積極主動，靈活及創(chuàng)新思維 |
