主要職責(zé)： 1. Fulfil policy relate to equipment power management and repair assigned by the higher level. Management, arrange equipment repair and maintenance, ensure equipment good level, try to reduce accidents caused by equipment and power and repair cost 認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行上級有關(guān)設(shè)備管理和預(yù)防性維修工作的方針。組織安排維修人員搞好設(shè)備修理和維護(hù)工作，確保設(shè)備完好率達(dá)標(biāo)，努力降低設(shè)備事故頻率和修理成本 2. Prepare pre-check plan of equipment and power line (yearly and monthly), plan of large and medium repair, project repair and two guarantees 負(fù)責(zé)編制年、季度、月全廠關(guān)鍵設(shè)備的預(yù)檢計劃 3. Be in charge of application of purchasing plan for equipment made by ourselves and maintenance machine parts, achieve to buy and plan working stock timely, ensure supply and not miss production 負(fù)責(zé)關(guān)鍵備件采購申請工作。做到及時購置和儲備，確保供應(yīng)，不誤生產(chǎn) 4. Analyze the failures of machines, reduce failure rates 分析備故障統(tǒng)計分析，減少設(shè)備故障率 5. Work with finance and process colleague to make sure the information of assets is right 與設(shè)備相關(guān)固定資產(chǎn)的整理分類及時更新，與工藝和財務(wù)協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù) 6. Coordinate customer audit 協(xié)調(diào)客戶審核 7. Fulfil temporary tasks assigned by leader 完成部門臨時布置的各項(xiàng)任務(wù) 8. Master environmental health and safety emergency knowledge, have the ability to identify risks, wear personal protective equipment correctly, use the site's safety facilities correctly, do a good job of garbage classification, save energy 掌握環(huán)境健康安全應(yīng)急知識，具備識別風(fēng)險的能力，正確穿戴個人勞防用品，正確使用現(xiàn)場的安全設(shè)施，做好垃圾分類，節(jié)能。 |

Be familiar with CAD ,Solidwords 熟練操作CAD，Solidworks軟件 8. Strong ability of organization, plan and undertake 較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力、計劃與執(zhí)行能力 |
