Job Description: 1.Process customer's order and release, transfer customer's information to related persons timely. 處理客戶的訂單和預(yù)測(cè),及時(shí)將客戶信息傳遞給相關(guān)人員 2.Make up production plan based on customer's release, manufacturing capacity and stock status. 根據(jù)客戶的預(yù)測(cè),產(chǎn)能和庫(kù)存狀況制訂相應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃 3.Release P/O for raw materials in Xpert, follow up the orders with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate supply of the material for manufacturing. 在Xpert中釋放材料需求,追蹤供應(yīng)商及時(shí)入貨保證生產(chǎn) 4.Daily monitor raw materials supply status and the fulfillment of production order. 日常監(jiān)督原材料供料狀況及生產(chǎn)工單的完成狀況 5.Daily Xpert operation, such as: edit production order, inventory adjustment in system, master data creation etc. 日常系統(tǒng)操作,如:編輯工單,庫(kù)存調(diào)整以及主數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù) 6.Work closely with other departments and customers to ensure on-time delivery. 與其它部門和客戶保持緊密聯(lián)系確保準(zhǔn)時(shí)交付 7.Monthly report creation, KPI review, take activities to improve process efficiency, inventory turnover, cost saving etc. 制訂月報(bào)表,審核KPI,積極采取措施提高工作效率,庫(kù)存周轉(zhuǎn)率,降低成本等 8.Participate in EHS activities, eg. identifying and evaluating environmental and hazard factors, control environmental factors may related to reduce waste and save energy. 參與公司的EHS活動(dòng),例如環(huán)境因素、危險(xiǎn)源識(shí)別、評(píng)價(jià),針對(duì)本崗位環(huán)境因素/風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行有效控制,減少浪費(fèi),節(jié)約能源。 9.Other jobs assigned by material planner supervisor. 其它由計(jì)劃主管分配的工作 Qualification: 1.At least 3 years working experience in production planning and material management in manufacturing company. 至少3年以上制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,物料管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 2.Bachelor degree or above. 本科及以上學(xué)歷 3.Familiar with customer logistics standards and requirements. 熟悉客戶的物流規(guī)范及要求 4.Be able to design logistics scenario and make quotation independently. 能夠獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)物流方案及報(bào)價(jià) 5.Understand customer capacity investigation and document submission process. 了解客戶產(chǎn)能調(diào)查及文件提交流程 6.Skilled use of logistics problem solving process. 熟練運(yùn)用物流問(wèn)題解決流程 7.Good command of PC office & Xpert skills 良好的辦公軟件及Xpert操作技能 8.Good command in oral and written English. 英語(yǔ)書面及口語(yǔ)流利 9.Good communication,coordination & innovation ability 良好的溝通,協(xié)調(diào)和創(chuàng)新能力 |
