Gerneral Purpose： Responsible for quality management of manufacturing department. Implement quality activities to achieve quality releated targets. 負責制造部質(zhì)量管理工作。實施質(zhì)量活動以達成質(zhì)量相關(guān)目標。 1.Deal with quality issues, proceed and follow up corrective and preventive actions. 處理質(zhì)量問題，提出改進措施，并跟蹤落實和驗證措施 2.Handle complaints from assembly line and customer 處理來自裝配線及客戶的投訴 3.Setup and maintain quality control plan and collect quality defects in SAP or MES 在SAP或MES中建立并維護質(zhì)量控制計劃并收集記錄質(zhì)量缺陷 4.Analyze quality data and implement quality improvement projects 分析質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)并實施改善項目 5.Follow up Engineering Change Notifications, update quality control plan accordingly 跟進工程變更通知，更新質(zhì)量控制計劃 6.Support SQE in improving quality of incoming goods. 支持SQE提升來料質(zhì)量水平 7.Participant new project meeting and resiponsible for first sample process 參加新產(chǎn)品會議并負責首樣流程 8.Support internal and external quality audits 支持內(nèi)外部質(zhì)量審核 9.Continuous improvement of quality management 持續(xù)改進質(zhì)量管理 10.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根據(jù)業(yè)務需要，完成直屬經(jīng)理安排的其它工作. |

1.Bachelor degree or above 本科學歷或以上 2.Manufacturing/mechanical engineering releated 制造/機械工程相關(guān) 3.Skills: -Be familiar with manufacturing processes, especially machining 熟悉制造流程，特別是機加工 -Good data analysis ability 良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力 -Excellent trouble shooting capability and familiar with the releated tools 杰出的問題解決能力，熟悉相關(guān)工具 -Able to read mechanical drawing 能夠讀懂機械圖紙 -SAP experience is preferred SAP經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先 -Fluent in English speaking and writing 英語讀寫流利 4.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China. 愿意遵守通快中國的所有規(guī)章制度包括但不限于員工手冊以及行為準則. |
