1.Job Overview We are seeking a Business Analysis Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work with different people to collect latest business data, clear the data to ensure correctness, combine them in designed format, and make business reports, which will help management make decision and optimize business processes. 2. Key Responsibilities 61 Performance Reporting and Analysis o Collect business data from different systems and work groups, clear data to ensure correctness and up-to-date, and generate regular (weekly, monthly, and annual) sales performance reports. o Understand different business logic: business KPI, performance of sales individuals, and key task completion of sales operation, .... Find correct ways of collecting data, sorting data, analyzing data, and making reports accordingly. o Provide actionable insights, based the reports made, to the sales team and management, aligning sales strategies with overall business goals. 61 Digital Tool Development and Optimization o Design, develop, and maintain productivity - enhancing digital tools such as SharePoint sites, Power BI dashboards, and Power Apps. o Automate repetitive workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy, and present complex data in a visually appealing and understandable format. |
