| 工作描述： |
Industrial engineer designs production layouts and processes with the purpose of increasing productivity, eliminating wastefulness, reducing costs, and ensuring quality standards are maintained。 Main Task： 1、Implementation of TRUMPF production lean management system (SYNCHRO)with strong methodical know how 2、Time study of production process, and regular working hour analysis 3、Responsible for budget planning, capacity planning and plant layout planning 4、Monitor operation cost, regular cost deviation analysis 5、Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals. 6、Managing process documentation and preparing production reports. 7、Responsible for the construction, maintenance, promotion and improvement in production area 8、Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. Requirements: 1、Bachelor degree 2、Majored in IE, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering,Electronics or related 3、 Must have at least 5years lean manufacturing and production experience 4、Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards 5、Critical thinking and problem-solving skills 6、Strong communication and presentation skills. 7、Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. 8、Documentation and organization skills. 9、Good understanding of business end to end process and procedures. 10、Good understanding of digital transformation and way of thinking 11、English as working language 備注：工作地點(diǎn)位蘇州太倉(cāng) |
