Gerneral Purpose： Field Service engineer will be responsible for TCNE MF/RF/MB/DC generators testing/installation, repairing and training to customer. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)工程師主要負(fù)責(zé)公司中頻、射頻、匹配器、直流等電源產(chǎn)品的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝、調(diào)試、維修，以及給客戶(hù)提供培訓(xùn)。 Main Task: 1.Responsible for TCNE MFRFMBDC generators testing/installation, training for customer. 負(fù)責(zé)公司中頻、射頻、匹配器、直流等電源產(chǎn)品的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝/測(cè)試，及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)給客戶(hù)培訓(xùn)從而使客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意； 2.To implement the troubleshooting on-site efficiently; analyze and summarize the cause of equipment malfunction. 有效地完成現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的搶修任務(wù)，同事負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)故障的原因進(jìn)行分析與總結(jié)； 3.Transfer the resident location to Taicang repair center for generators repairing support if needed. 需要的話，能夠到太倉(cāng)維修中心進(jìn)行電源維修支持 4.To coordinate technology efficiently various relations with domestic/international customers and headquarter colleagues, handover feedback. 和國(guó)內(nèi)/國(guó)外客戶(hù)及總部同事進(jìn)行有效的協(xié)調(diào)及溝通，處理并反饋相關(guān)信息 5.Engagement with application/sales business team information collect 參與技術(shù)應(yīng)用及銷(xiāo)售相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)的信息收集； 6.Accept travelling (domestic and abroad) 如工作所需，須接受?chē)?guó)內(nèi)/國(guó)外出差 7.Achieve other task assigned by supervisor (eg. repair report, field test report, repair center improvements ,etc ) 完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指派的其他任務(wù) ( 如維修報(bào)告，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試報(bào)告，維修中心改善等)。 8.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要，完成直屬經(jīng)理安排的其它工作. 1.Bachelor degree 本科學(xué)歷 2.Electrical, Electronics, automation 電子、電氣、自動(dòng)化等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè) 3.Min 3 years of experience as service engineer in electronics and related. 至少3年在電子或相關(guān)行業(yè)擔(dān)任工程師的經(jīng)驗(yàn). 4.Skills: -Academic Background: College graduated or above, Major in Power Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering 本科或以上學(xué)歷，主修電子工程, 電氣工程專(zhuān)業(yè) -have knowledge background with power supply’s electronical logical circuit, Electrical schematic, components function 了解電源產(chǎn)品內(nèi)部的邏輯回路，電氣圖紙，各元器件的功能等相關(guān)技術(shù)知識(shí) -With experience in Low-E glass, display, solar coating, especial in semiconductor is a plus, 真空鍍膜玻璃，顯示器鍍膜，太陽(yáng)能鍍膜，特別是半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)佳 5.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具備高度的責(zé)任心和客戶(hù)導(dǎo)向意識(shí). 6.Ability to continuously learn.具備持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)的能力 7.Be adapted to frequent business travel with irregular base is a must 能夠適應(yīng)必須的不規(guī)則的商務(wù)差旅. 8.Strong anti-pressure ability 抗壓能力強(qiáng). 9.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China. 愿意遵守通快中國(guó)的所有規(guī)章制度包括但不限于員工手冊(cè)以及行為準(zhǔn)則. |
