| 工作描述： |
1.Mainly responsible for the repairing of RF / Matchbox/ Bipolar /DC generators. 主要承擔(dān)公司生產(chǎn)的射頻/匹配器/中頻/DC等電源產(chǎn)品的維修工作 2.Basing on the understanding of product, provide training to customer about the use and maintenance of product. 在了解產(chǎn)品本身的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)客戶進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品使用、維護(hù)方面的培訓(xùn) 3.To coordinate technology, various relations efficiently with domestic/international customers and headquarter colleagues, handover after sales problems. 和國(guó)內(nèi)/國(guó)外客戶及總部同事進(jìn)行有效的技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)及溝通，對(duì)接處理產(chǎn)品售后使用方面的問題 4.Support other departments like sales, application, production and quality on the side of service. 從售后的角度，支持公司銷售、應(yīng)用、生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量等部門的工作 5.Deal with the request of customer and solve the problem applying from customer. 對(duì)接客戶的售后需求，解決客戶提出的關(guān)于產(chǎn)品的問題 6.Collect the failure information, share it with department in HQ, in order to improve the productivity . 收集并記錄產(chǎn)品的故障信息，和總部研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通，提升產(chǎn)品技術(shù)力 7.Deal with other tasks arranging by Leader per business requirement. 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求，處理領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù) |

1、Bachelor 本科學(xué)歷 2、Major in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or RF Communication 主修電氣工程，電力電子，射頻相關(guān)專業(yè) 3、Over 2 years working experience 二年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 4.Skills: -Familiar with Electrical, Electronics, automation after sales process and strong repair ability 熟悉電氣、電子、自動(dòng)化行業(yè)售后服務(wù)流程及維修技能 -Good communication skills, be able to communicate with customer and persuade them. 良好的溝通能力，能夠和客戶進(jìn)行溝通并說服客戶 -Electronics engineering/ power electronics/ RF communication knowledge. 電氣、電力電子、射頻等相關(guān)專業(yè)基礎(chǔ) -Familiar with electrical instruments like multimeter oscilloscope power meter signal generator VNA… 了解電子儀器的使用，如萬用表、示波器、功率計(jì)、信號(hào)發(fā)生器、網(wǎng)分儀等 -Ability of project management. 項(xiàng)目管理能力 -Experience in Semiconductor/vacuum coating or service/repairing of product is preferred. 有半導(dǎo)體、真空鍍膜行業(yè)背景，或產(chǎn)品服務(wù)、維修相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳 -Solid Electrical / Electronics / power electronics theory knowledge 扎實(shí)的電子，電氣理論知識(shí)的儲(chǔ)備 -Familiar with Electrical and water-cooling equipment’s maintenance 熟悉低壓電氣設(shè)備及冷卻系統(tǒng)方面的日常維護(hù)和保養(yǎng) -Familiar with CIP project management 熟悉持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目的跟蹤管理 5.Good at English, especially in written English. 英語能力，尤其英語書面的能力 6.Good at communicating and coordinating with different departments. 較強(qiáng)的跨部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力 7.Could work under high pressure and be self-motivated to deal with serious customer’s complaint. 能夠具備一定的抗壓能力何自我激勵(lì)來應(yīng)對(duì)客戶的抱怨 8.Team spirit, hardworking and could accept short term business travel. 較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力，工作能吃苦，有國(guó)內(nèi)外短期出差任務(wù) 9.Familiar with Office software, such as Excel, PPT, SAP… 熟練使用常用的辦公軟件，如EXCEL , PPT，SAP等 10.Understand and obey TRUMPF’s Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct. 能理解并遵守通快的員工手冊(cè)和行為準(zhǔn)則 |
