| 工作描述： |
Spare parts and service order processing, agreement compliance check, make daily reports. 備件&服務訂單處理專員, 主要負責訂單處理，協(xié)議合規(guī)核對, 制作日常報表 工作內(nèi)容： ? Make quotation for customer in time, follow up the orders from customer. 及時給客戶報價，并追蹤拿到客戶的訂單 ? Check the agreement terms is complies with the company's regulations 核對與訂單相關協(xié)議是否符合公司規(guī)定 ? Handling purchase orders: maintain materials in SAP,place order for spare parts on demand etc. 處理采購訂單，SAP中物料維護，按需訂購備件等。 ? Process Spareparts fill up, pick up, and return order in SAP, make service order according to engineer service report. SAP中操作備件出庫，還庫，根據(jù)工程師的維修報告做服務訂單。 ? Track customer payments and issue invoices. Make relevant reports. 追蹤客戶付款，開發(fā)票,制作相關報表。 ? Assist on some other office affairs according to instructions 辦公室其他事務 任職要求： 1、Bachelor degree本科學歷 2、International trade, English and other related majors國際貿(mào)易、英語、等相關專業(yè) 3、CET 6 or above, fluent oral English, proficient in written English. CET六級以上，流利的英文口語，熟練的英文書面表達能力 4、Min 1 year of working experience in foreign trade industry 至少1年在外貿(mào)行業(yè)相關工作經(jīng)驗 5、Good communication and coordination skills, cheerful, easy-going, good at cooperating with others良好的溝通協(xié)調能力，性格開朗、隨和、善于與人協(xié)作 |
