| 工作描述： |
工作內(nèi)容： Include but are not limited to: ? -Order processing for goods and accessories; ? -Sales order follow up; ? -Cooperate with sales team, aftersales, purchasing, production, warehouse, customs, other subsidiaries, accounting, service and other related departments; ? -Create order in SAP, process order including delivery, clearing specifications, order components at TRUMPF subsidiaries, import machines or components, booking the vessel or flight for the ocean/air shipping and handle the import customs clearance, responsible for supply and demand of those products; ? -Assist production planner to following up production orders to ensure on-time production output without any interruption to defined production plan; ? -Cooperate with production planner to audit physical storages timely to minimize deviations among actual inventory and SAP system; ? -Establish and maintain the computerized/paper documents to monitor/record order status and delivery status; ? -Drive improvements in order processing processes; ? -Review Sales forecast with BU，analyze and confirm demand changes with Sales team; ? -Develop inventory related SOP and reporting； ? -Control inventory level and turns; Monitor inventory accuracy； ? -Other tasks assigned by the line manager. 任職要求： -Bachelor degree or above. -International Trade, Commercial, or Logistic related major. -ideally 3-5 years in similar areas, e.g. logistics, sales, production planning, purchasing, order processing, customs clearance, etc. -? Accurate, reliable, self dependent work style; ? Strong interpersonal communication skills; ? Strong planning/organizing/analysis skills; ? Strong Excel and SAP R3 operation skills; ? Have high pressure bear and can accept flexible job assignment; -Good spoken and written English skills. -Good cooperation ability to deal with interface functions (e.g. sales, purchasing, QC), internal/external suppliers; -Observe the regulations on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China. |
